"Came at 7:25 am on a Very Cold Monday for a cup of hot coffee, getting off the bus with the next one in 15 minutes. Even though the sign on the door read that the dining room was open from 6 am to midnight every day, all the doors were locked despite the street sign being illuminated; and the drive-in cashier said the dining room was closed. I asked her to ask her manager if she could let me in, and the manager said NO. It was below freezing, and since the bus was now just a few minutes away, I told her to forget it; and I’ll wait for the bus outside."
"I usually bypass the McDonald’s at Candler & McAfee Rd in Decatur to go to this location because they seem to always do it right and the employees are pleasant. Well I don’t know what’s been going on lately but the employees are not nice anymore and the Cokes are consistently flat or have the wrong mixture. This is very important because. A LOT OF PEOPLE GO THERE FOR THE COKE. They really need to tighten up on the courteousness of their employees and get that Coke mixture correct!"
"Pulled up straight to the speaker box and my order was taken right away. However, it was 20 minutes until I got to the payment window and another 10 minutes to the food window. While looking at my receipt, this McDonald's is charging an extra $1 for the same Happy Meal at other area McDonald's, and is up charging 30 cents for chocolate milk, which none of the others do. Of course food was cold by the time it sat around for 30 mins and the fries weren't even salted. Would never go to this one again."

"All I’ll say is you never know who you’re dealing with in the world of customer service and I hope it was worth it for the manager who decided to get smart with me instead of resolving the issue as she could’ve when I spoke to her calmly and kindly. I don’t care if you work at McDonald’s or somewhere on Wall Street. In all things you should give your best and represent yourself with empathy and decorum. It’ll get you further than sarcasm or a lackadaisical attitude with displeased customers."
