"Very slow service! Food was cold when we finally got it after waiting in the parking lot. Don’t go after 6pm!"

"Yesterday 11/10/2023 we stopped by for a Krystal burger. Drive through said come inside. Window was broken. Front door locked at 2:00 pm I knocked a woman inside said don't be knocking on the dam door we're closed. I said I was told to come in , she said I'm not on the dam clock. The people serving food clothing look like they had been sleeping in them. The lobby floor was full or grease , like walking on ice. No lights on inside. Place didn't look like I wanted my family to eat here , I exited that place and will never return. I live in this neighborhood. This was a sad ending to Krystal, I remember when the burgers were 8 cent and we protested for acceptance, I'm 72 now , was it worth it. To have that woman speak to me so harshly was unacceptable."

"This place has went down bad, I remember working at this location it use to be busy and fun now it has became the worst Krystal in America."

"As a restaurant manager I get so discouraged when employees are rude and disrespectful. At this Kristal the employee was very disrespectful. The manager watched her be disrespectful and didn’t correct her. I pray that I of faced with this challenge at work I have the b patience to deal with the problem accordingly and make my guest want to come back! Because I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!"

"The manager Rachael slightly older slim lady put water on the burgers to steam them. They're soggy & mushy no taste serve with an attitude when you refuse & want a refund."
