"Stay AWAY!!! Complete trash, waste of money, and the staff and service is extremely slow. Went to the holiday light show tonight and waited over an hour an half for trash canned chicken…SMDH. Head chef in the back has no clue how to run a kitchen and is very rude to customers. Can’t believe she is allowed out of her cage. I repeat STAY AWAY and save your time/money."
"Food over price for what you get. Had better at a high school football game. Really sad the way its turned out. Victim of covid. Before this restaurant had servers that came to your table and took your order from a menu. They used to have great food and now you give your order and pit up at window. Just not the same."
"Avoid this place. The employee that took our order did not mention that you can not substitute sides for the barbecue sandwiches. Instead, he just nodded his head yes to all of our requests while ordering. Once we sat down at our table, we realized he only charged for 1 sandwich instead of 2. After going back to the register to fix the issue, the cashier was not interested in anything I had to say. He just kept pointing towards the card reader for me to pay for the extra sandwich. He never mentioned that we could not have fries like we ordered. The soda machines were out of CO2 and the drains were over flowing with ice. Several employees were getting drinks for themselves and completely ignored the fact that they couldn’t put their cup under the dispenser because of the large amount of ice piled up. Instead of taking 30 seconds to dump the ice, they just made their drinks and walked away. After waiting for 30+ minutes, our food came out and to no surprise, it was all wrong. Our burger was plain when it was ordered with lettuce, tomato, and pickle. We had only 1/2 our fries we ordered. The lady in the window realized that this was no fault of our own and made it right by giving us the fries we wanted and an extra bag of chips. The employees seemed like they had no training whatsoever. From now on, we will eat outside of the park."
"This is a nice little get away when the park is busy. The food is your typical theme park food, but the atmosphere makes up for that. This restaurant has a great theme and good decoration. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a get away from the heat and a quick bite."
"The decor was adorable and the wait staff was pleasant and attentive. We aren't soda drinkers and there were no other drink options. The prices were higher than you would pay out of a venue, but were on par with other seasonal establishments. I loved the cell phone buckets. You were to place your cell into the bucket and pull out an interactive family game. We had mad libs, conversation starters, and a reflection piece on what we had already seen."
