"The lady preparing my bowl was helping me when I asked for plain white rice and as she is getting the rice out another guy comes up to me and says we can not give you this sorry. No explanation, just a rude reaction. Work on your customer service or make it known that plain white rice is not available. It’s very weird when one employee says yes and one says no without explanation. I hope you guys can figure this out because I am just a paying customer trying to order food from a restaurant that offers meal customization. No reason to deny my selection when it’s available."

"It is my favorite spot for lunch . I order through the app and my order is always ready on time! Also the people who work there are always very helpful. I think they could renovate the store so I could enjoy having lunch inside instead."

"Just got back from chipotle after they messed up my order, no biggie . I live down the street. Why have an attitude with me instead of assessing the situation. My order was with no beans. Instead, I received a bowl with beans and no steak , yet the manager was trying to gaslight me into saying that I ate all the steak. How about stepping back and looking at what I did get ….. and what I was missing from my order and add the two together ….. look at the cameras if you wanna press me that hard , I get it people might do that to get free stuff, I came in politely and left politely fix your attitude. Everyone else was nice except for you."

"Love this location. Friendly staff, line moved efficiently as always, portions were better in comparison to other stops made before. Food was fresh and the cleanliness off the dining experience was spotless. Love they have the bench window seats; enjoyed meal peacefully. Whole staff works hard and really good at reading energy. Was feeling down and low on energy. Shout outs to the staff and Blanca for making this visit a day changer. Happy holidays to you all and all your family's. Making this my number 1 chipotle. The vibe is cozy and good location to enjoy the view. Ate outside before and it was also relaxing with the view of Peachtree industrial."

"The food I ordered was inedible. I threw it right into the trash. The quality of the food I received was disgusting. Why would you serve someone trash ? I don’t recommend this chipotle location. The health department will be notified."
