"On 02/16/2024 @ 4:30 I went to the resraurant. It was dirty. I stood in line for 7 minites while two dirty looking employees were in a conversation and I was not greeted. The work area was filty. Two other customers came in and the young girl ans young man was talking still. This location needs to be revamped with new people. This has always been my experince at that location. My store now ia the one on Evans Mills Road. Clean atore and great service. Winston E Smith"

"I did not like how I was talked to when I was simply trying to understand what happened with my order. I didn’t approach the person working there in any kind of rude way but I was still met with hostility until the other person came and calmly asked what happened. 5 stars for the other person, 0 for the first. You know who you are."

"I ordered the family pack deal that I received the coupon for in the mail. When I received my food my fries were extremely soggy. My burgers were cold and my Whoppers did not have any lettuce on them. I understand that I use the coupon but I still shouldn't receive poor quality meals because I received a discount. The people were really nice but I will not be going back to that Burger King"
