"We order from here quite a bit and we generally like the food but there may be some issues with service and order fulfillment. Today we put in a takeout order and there were quite a few problems. My wife ordered 2x broccoli and I ordered 1x broccoli and neither came with any broccoli at all. Also, the beef was near inedible as it was almost all fat. The order was also missing the sauce we ordered and that typically comes with the meal. The receipts on the sides of the food containers were correct, so it wasn't a website or ordering problem. Hopefully this was just a one time issue. UPDATE: Tried the food again and the "steak" order contained no steak at all (see photo). Not a single scrap. We also did not receive the extra hot sauce we ordered for the 2nd visit in a row. Something has definitely changed recently. I reached out by email to the company to see what was going on and still no response. Sort reviews by recent. They are not good over the last couple months. This place used to be pretty good."

"Had a great experience here in a Friday afternoon for lunch. I was a little shocked it was completely empty, not one customer. Ordering is a snap with 3 ordering terminals. The food is fresh and healthy. If you have any dietary restrictions, this is a great place as vegetables aren't marinated and almost everything is gluten free (proteins are lightly marinated). Lots of options too. Service was super quick too. Staff is friendly and fast."

"The beginning wasn't on a good note at all. Two out of the three kiosks were not working. Neither of the two employees in the front greeted or acknowledged us. After it was all said & done, I let another customer go ahead of me, who turned around & helped me out. As far as the food, my order was not accurate, yet no complaints about the price point. Good Spring Rolls-six for $10. Here’s the beauty of a bad first experience, it provides you with another opportunity to return to give it another shot…we shall see."

"Soooooo....I've visited this establishing once and the second time my son bought a meal which I ate as well. On the first visit, I customized my bowl with rice noodles, vegetables, shrimp and their Agave, Ginger, s Sriracha sauce mixed with their Garlic, Ginger Soy sauce. The noodles were extremely undercooked, hard is more the word to describe them. I had to put them in the microwave for about a minute to soften them up. My husband ordered the Jalapeno Fried rice, and it was dry and hard, he couldn't eat it and threw it away. With this second go round, my son ordered the same dish I did on my previous visit, but he ordered extra noodles and extra vegetables. When he arrived to pick up his meal at the time specified, they didn't even make his meal yet, so he had to wait. With his meal, I noticed the same size container that I had on my first visit, you would think if he's ordering extra items, in particular, extra noodles and veggies, the container size would be larger but nope, same size container that I had, and I didn't order any extra items. I honestly don't see how they gave him extra items because his meal looked about the same quantity as my meal. His meal was extremely dry. We had to add Tamari soy sauce to it for flavor and moisture, so at this point. After three failed meals, I will not be visiting this establishment anymore. If they don't get it together, they're going to lose customers. They need to be more consistent with their food and have it ready when you order online."
