"I just want to say..this was my first time here today and the food was PERFECT! I ordered a original chicken sandwich & fish sandwich and it was so fresh! I don't think I've had it this fresh in years! I also don't eat fast food anymore..but I'm glad I decided today to stop by! Thank you very much!"

"Disappointing experience with the staff, service and the quality of the food. Placed a mobile order for pickup. It was confirmed and when we went to pick up, the lady who was managing the counter mentioned they do not have one of the items ordered since their broiler was not working and asked us to cancel the order from our side. She was very rude and said they are helpless. Not sure why they don’t update such things online to avoid any chaos after placing orders. Such a basic thing every food joint should be doing. Two of the other staffs in the kitchen were playing game or something in their mobile. They didn’t even bother the whole thing. Never going back to that place again. No wonder why there was no customer there even though it’s placed in the center of the Windward parkway."

"My family and I came into Burger King the other day and it was super hot and muggy. I love the staff they are amazing! The food is always good! There is one thing I honestly don’t get! What gets me Is it’s really hot in that building like if there is no AC. I feel so bad for the staff that is working hard in the kitchen and they are dying of heat!! It’s not fair to them! PLEASEEE GET THIS AC fixed!!! it’s the summer time as well! They should NOT BE WORKING IN THAT HEAT IN THE KITCHEN!!!!! If I have too I will leave a review everyday until y’all fix it!!"

"The service and food was great, as always. We go here multiple times a week. However this time me and my family went inside to eat cause our A/C was broke and I guess Burger King A/C was broke too!?!? It was SO HOT. I feel so bad for the workers because they shouldn’t have to work in there. It’s the middle of summer and I can’t imagine how hot it is there near those grills."

"A couple weeks ago I ate at this Burger King location on my lunch break a couple days ago and the service was VERY slow. There were 5 other customers in the restaurant waiting on their food. It took about 25 minutes for my food to come out. I love Burger King, but I had a very poor experience at this location. The lady at the cash register argued with the manager in front of me while I was placing my order. She was frustrated and not very friendly. After I placed my order, as stated, it took about 25 minutes for me to get my food. When I finally got my food my whopper was room temperature and the fries were a little stale. Because I was on my lunch break I had to ate real quick and leave in order to get back to work. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day that day or what, but I went back again yesterday to give it another try. Again, it took about 20 minutes to get my food and there were 3 other customers in the restaurant. My food was hot this time which was a relief, however, the girl at the cash register, again, was arguing with the manager in front of customers. I don’t think I will be going back to this location anymore, because the employees are very slow and no one seems to care about friendly customer service. Burger King, #sendhelp"
