"Worst chipotle ever I ordered a steak bowl and it was frozen cold and they added sour cream when I didn’t order that. I called the store to tell them about it and they said there’s nothing they can do. I was talking to the manager and asked for his name and he said he couldn’t tell me that because he knew he messed up and didn’t want to take responsibility for what he did. Avoid this chipotle at all cost. They need new management because everyone over there is always unprofessional like they don’t want to be there. Worst establishment ever they need to just shut that location down or stop hiring the same kind of people"

"Like most Chipotles, this restaurant is hit or miss depending on the day. Occasionally, they hit everything right and it’s magical. Usually though, something is off. Fortunately, very seldom it’s the food. Maybe the drink station is a mess or the trash needs taken out. Maybe there’s confusion over an online order. Maybe the tables are dirty. Maybe the tables are dirty even when they’re clean. Maybe the music is turned off. Sure, there’s usually a little something off, but in the end, it almost always works out just fine."

"Ordered catering from this location and had the worst experience. I work for a company down the road from this location and ordered a large catering order for an afternoon event we were having days in advance. The time, day and confirmation had been set so there could be no confusion the day of. Not only was the order HALF AN HOUR late which is absolutely ridiculous for an order with a set delivery time but all of the food was a wreck. Not only this but then we didn’t even get what we ordered?! We paid extra for steak and they changed it with chicken… Not to mention after all of this the food was COLD! And as if this was enough, they very clearly state they would provide utensils to serve and eat enough for the amount of people we paid for and we received NONE. We had people leave because the food was late and they were hungry AND because the food looked absolutely disgusting in appearance while we had to try and salvage what we could from most plates being spilt out. This is completely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself the headache, stress and utter embarrassment."

"Food is terrible! I ordered the Protein bowl & Veggie Bowl. The Protein comes with extra chicken. I don’t know what part of the chicken or if it’s even chicken at all! The meat was very fatty & gritty. This location needs to be closed down since no one there wants to work well. I understand why so many prefer the NorthPoint, Medlock Bridge & Old Milton Pkwy locations. They have fresher ingredients and people who will at least act like they appreciate having a job."
