"I’m very disappointed with the petty charges in this place. I ordered the salad and requested the bell peppers, apparently they don’t come with the salad anymore but the staff member didn’t charge me however, when I went to pick up the food I was told I needed to pay for the red peppers or not get them instead of giving the small bag of red peppers, feels very like a McDonalds in this place now"

"One of my favorite spots in this location! Very friendly staff, and food is always good! Only suggestion for this location is to get a bigger location! They are very busy and literally have out grown this space."

"The Hampton Lovejoy Chick-fil-A delivers very poor service and the quality of there food is toxic. Chicken fried in old grease and the new manager dies not care about customer's and complaints. He takes complaints personal and will go into your account and take back rewards after you complain about the service. BE AWARE. Also, when you contact Chick-fil-A Cares they are all franchise restaraunts and independently owned. That's why the service has gotten so bad because the owners can decide if they care about your complaint and not the original Chick-fil-A family. Bad for businesss-Allowing Franchises to lower standards and it shows greed which was once not the corporate standard for Chick-fil-"

"This used to be my favorite chickfila I used to know everyone and not it’s all new people and they don’t care about anything I have had multiple order mess ups and they don’t care or try to fix the problem, the employees they look at you like your stupid. If you have a special request they don’t care. You have refuse the food and go back and forth with them before they give you what you want. It’s ridiculous. They give you stale tortillas for the breakfast burrito and cold chicken biscuits in the morning I really hope corporate is looking at these comments to fix the problem. I’ve talk to the manager multiple times over here and I know they don’t talk with the kitchen staff because they just dismiss my problem when I talk to them."

"DON’T eat here! Chicken wasn’t fully cooked, therefore, I went in and asked for a refund! Before going back in, I called the store numerous of times, and no one picked up… so I called corporate. The manager Haniyah was nice, but she was informed by the director Nandy that she can’t give me a refund, “since I spoke with corporate, tell them to give you a refund” we’re here exact words…. because THEIR phone was broke! After talking to corporate, they stated that this store is franchised, therefore, I couldn’t get a refund. What a waste of $40 here !"
