"Smh…..I am so tired. I stopped going to the Mickey D’s 1/2 mile away(Candler Rd & Mcafee to drive almost 2 miles to go to the Flat Shoals location, but they are getting to be the same!! My egg McMuffin is CONSISTENTLY NOT TOASTED! I do order in the app and there is no where to say TOAST THE BUNS, but I say it when I drive up. This last visit was the worse, I toasted muffin, NO CANADIAN BACON AND THE CHEESE WAS COLD!!! Just lazy!"

"Came at 7:10 am on a Very Cold Monday for a cup of hot coffee, getting off the bus with the next one in 15 minutes. Even though the sign on the door read that the dining room was open from 6 am to midnight every day, all the doors were locked **despite the street sign being illuminated; and the drive-in cashier said the dining room was closed. I asked her to ask her manager if she could let me in, and the clerk said NO. It was below freezing, and since the bus was now just a few minutes away, I told her to forget it; and I’ll wait for the bus outside."

"Why is the inside closed today? Walked up and found out there were kids inside the restaurant. So I guess they're running a daycare today and not letting anybody inside the building. Drive thru only? McDonald's Daycare??"

"I’ve never been in line for 30 minutes. Just to prepare for my order. To only hear you can’t get a burger from MCDONALDS at a certain time. Only nuggets, fish sandwiches. Then having to wait a 30 minutes for warm sandwiches and cold fries. This place should be shut down"

"It's difficult to rate this one because we went around midnight to pickup an order. We waited in a full line for 1 hour. It was obvious that staffing was an issue and there were a lot of customers. The order was correct and the food warm. So overall not a bad experience."
