"The absolute worse Waffle House ever! Lazy and rude staff. It took her 15 minutes to wipe the table and they left floor underneath FILTHY (bits of food everywhere from previous customers). When we asked them to clean it, another waitress yelled from across the restaurant "Its clean!". So we walked out. Good thing too, because we looked at the waffle station on the way out and it was DISGUSTING (they obviously don't clean it throughout the day). The staff was too worried about the ToGo orders to care about diners. Which is ironic, because ToGo customers don't tip you lol! It's supposed to be our neighborhood breakfast spot, but we'll never go back. Wish we could get better food and service in OUR neighborhood. Pathetic."

"This is my favorite Waffle House! The service is quick and efficient. You can tell that the staff takes pride in their work. Ms. Carol is my favorite server. She makes me feel like my family is fixing me a plate. I pass my closest Waffle House to come to this one. Good service + Comfort food = Me coming back regularly ☺️"

Yes, sometimes the service here is still poor but I know if I walk in and see this young lady behind the counter, I will be greeted with friendly welcoming customer service by her and anyone working on her shift.
