"I’ve come up here twice in the past year. I don’t order much, but maybe a fry and a chicken sandwich. But the customer service is always RUDE & TRASH. You will stand in the lobby and no one will greet you or ask you if you are picking up or placing an order. I didn’t even get an alert on my phone that my food was ready. I know it doesn’t take 15 minutes to make a fry and a chicken sandwich. When I’m the only one at the store."

"Drive thru was quick, preferred fried with no salt so I had to wait, that was fine, I pulled over they brought the food out, I was so happy with my tea I grabbed that bag and took off. Lololol Got down the street, stuck my hand in the bag And my fries were like warm, mannn I wanted to cry and throw a tantrum...I wanted to give a zero.... Had my mouth all set.."

"I mean, it's McDonald's... You get what you get. However, I will say that when I stopped, they had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building almost twice, while the lobby was relatively empty. But, these young men and women was on their game and hustled everyone through and was almost caught up when I left. The only negative I can think of in MY experience is that better care should be practiced when throwing out old food instead of serving it to customers ( I ordered a 20 piece Mcnugget and about a third of them were cold, hard, and stale). Otherwise, keep up the hustle...."
