McDonald's 5225 U.S. 78, Stone Mountain, GA 30087

"This McDonald's is a hit and miss for me . Some days they be on there game and then other days you wonder if anyone is really working . I sat one morning waiting on a simple coffee drink for almost 30 mins then was told that I needed to choose something else like the drink I ordered I said ok 10 more mins later the lady (sweet lady had no problem with how she did) said I'm sorry but all we have is this frozen coffee is that ok . She said she was sorry for the wait knowing I needed to get to work . The employee are friendly but something is are off ."

"Food filled my belly. It's McDonalds... But the service was slow, and they forgot the juice boxes, the toys, and apple slices to my 2 happy meals. So after I had sat there (from time I pulled up to order till I drove away) for almost 15 mins to get my food the first time. I had to turn around and wait again for another 10 mins to get the things missing from my kids happy meals."

"I had 2 kids meals and 1 order of 10 pcs chicken nuggets. First thing first they took forever for that order. After I went home my kids complain that the nuggets dosent taste right and when I check it was not cooked all the way in . Do not go here. If you want to spend your money pls go somewhere else."

"This is the spicy chicken sandwich sold to me by the McDonald's on Highway 78. If you've been there, you know EXACTLY which McDonald's I'm talking about. I actually thought it was a hamburger at first and complained, but then I took a closer look and realized that it WAS chicken. I was asked what the problem was and said that this looks overcooked, only to be told, "That's just how our chicken looks." Now by "our" I don't know if they mean ALL McDonald's locations, or just that one. I've ordered this exact same sandwich before, at a different location, and it did NOT look like this. This looks like it was either overcooked or cooked in old grease that should have been disposed of. The employees' responses, of course, ranged from nonchalant to downright nasty about my complaint. Oh, and I also asked if this was a corporate or franchise store and was told "I don't know" with a shrug. How do you not know that? How is this place still operating?"
