"Went into Wendy's to get a $5 biggie bag as advertised on TV. Buyer be careful!!!! What I got was not what was advertised. I was told a biggie bag would cost $6.99 plus tax. I went to the web site to request Wendy's change their commercial. However, was so disgusted with my meal I accidentally threw away the receipt with the meal's trash. I couldn't make a complaint. I may go back again and order something so I can get the restaurant's number so I lodge a complaint against the business."

"Let me just say, they all need a new job!! The customer service was so poor, I'm assuming they've NEVER had any training at all. This was my third and final experience there. Drive thru: Stop asking am I done, if I was done I'd say so. When greeting any customer, ALWAYS speak. Acknowledge the customer. I know tomatoes goes on Dave's singles, correct?! I couldn't even order more items due to being rushed. However, I'm assuming the revenue is soooo good you don't need the customers money. Horrible, each worker that approached the window was rude. Shame on the stores Customer service."
