"This place is terrible. The workers act like they're on something. Ask the same questions repeatedly, then for get half the order. Had to go back in an push to get the rest of what we paid for! The manager was rude, and made the excuse that the drive thru girl was "a minor". That shouldn't matter. If the employee is incapable of doing their job, they shouldn't be working there, plain and simple."

"Absolutely horrible place to order from when it comes to delivery. They forgot SEVERAL things from my order, including an entire chalupa BOX. The employees just do not try and are probably costing this location a lot of money in refunds and poor service."

"This location has become extremely poorly managed. Sketchier and Sketchier each time. Here's my Most recent botched order. Chicken quesadilla was so burned it tasted sour. At the same time it was extremely greasy and soggy. The Mexican pizza seemed like it has a soft tortilla as the bottom layer so the entire thing stuck to the bottom. Ordered seasoned nacho fries with jalapeño sauce I paid extra for and got side tortilla chips with regular cheese sauce. And I remembered to order fire sauce... But they gave me all hot. And I know they knew it was bad coming out because they gave me 2 forks for 3 items you should be able to eat with your hands."

"I order $40 worth of food on the Taco Bell app. I did delivery. I get my order deliver and only received a cheesy potato ——an item I DID NOT order. I received absolutely NOTHING of what I ordered. I have 4 kids and wasn’t at the least able to feed them with what I had (one cheesy potato) I am beyond upset and disappointed. Now Taco Bell is taking me through hell and high waters to be refunded….or at the least given my order."

"Pretty sure its a bunch of crackheads working the drive thru night shift. The guy working the speaker was friendly. Half my order was missing.the food I got was disgusting and didn't even eat it. My cheesy bean and rice burrito was hard and smelled like they dropped it in cinnamon and sugar. This place takes the cake for the worst taco bell I've ever received."
