Waffle House

"My wife and I decided to grab a quick bite today, and decided to stop at a Waffle House location on Hwy 78, near Stone Mountain. What a great choice! We were immediately and sincerely greeted upon entering, then treated to great service by our server. The food was served very warm, and tasted great. While dining, we were approached by four different individuals, including the cook, to ensure our food was to our liking, and that we did not need anything else. The inside appeared to be recently renovated, was very well maintained. On our way out, we also noticed they had a health inspection score of 100! Waffle House Corporate please take note...I wish all of your locations were as nice as this location. To the store managers and employees...keep up the great work at store 2126!"

"Stole money from us and also let our food sit in a bag right in front of us for a long time. It was mainly the grey haired woman. I understand waffle house isn't the place you go for great service, I get that I don't mind whatever sketchy things happen I'm from Atlanta lol, but stealing and direct disrespect is too far. 1. I heard them talk about how they overcharged us accidentally, like $3 over the real price, but when my dad went to get the bag he told me he said "ok so that's all?" And she smiled and yes yea you're good. Didn't refund us. 2. Our to go food was sitting behind the counter 3 ft away from them and we asked "can... We like... Get our food..? " and they just said "I will" and continued talking to a guy ignoring us. Had to stand and stare at our food until they finally felt like walking 2 ft and handing it over. Just spaced out, I would have gotten over it if it wasn't for stealing from my dad. That's not nice."

"I had a fantastic experience at this Waffle House, thanks to the exceptional service from Shannon. She was attentive, approachable, and greeted everyone with a warm smile. Her friendliness made the atmosphere welcoming, turning a simple meal into a delightful experience. Kudos to her for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be back for more than just the great food! Not to mention how clean and well kept it was. Hands down the best Waffle House experience ever!"

"I stopped in today because I was early to my car maintenance appointment. I passed about 2 other locations before this one. However I will say this is the most efficient Waffle House I have been to in years. Everyone is friendly. Food made correctly the first time and quickly. They even have a greeter! Extremely clean. I’ve never experienced any of that before. David the manager was friendly and visible during my time dining. I definitely will continue to to pass other Waffle Houses to get to this one. Keep being great!"
