Waffle House

"I've been coming to this location for years. This is the first time that I've had a bad experience. I ordered take out and just wanted to get back to work. I asked for a hashbrown bowl and coffee. There's absolutely no salt in my eggs and my food was just thrown together. The bacon wasn't cooked well. My waitress wasn't friendly at all. Bad thing is I've ate in a few times and she's served me.?? No customer service today. I don't expect 5 star service, it's Waffle House. We all know how it goes in most of their locations. But I come here all the time, I'm not a newbie to this place. The waitress acted as if I wasn't even there, totally disregarded me. I had to ask for sugar substitute packets a few times and I was sitting there at the table tops. When my food was ready, she put my bag on the table and walked off. Whatever happened before I got there should've stayed with that situation because I didnt do it. Everyone has bad days. Don't carry it over to someone who had always tipped you generously and had conversations with you in the past. UPDATE: I just realized that online order has my breakfast at $10. I was charged $16 plus a to go and service fee twice. I drank my coffee there so why charge me the fee for that? I won't be back there anymore."

"I will pass 100 waffle houses to get to this one with Ms Tierra as my server!! She is ALWAYS a warm welcoming when we enter the door and my friends and business associates know to meet me there!!! Please know that she is the epitome of first class, friendly and caring service and as long as she is there I (and my friends) will continue go out our way to eat at this restaurant!!!! UPDATE!!!! I returned to this location when It was raining and the place was FULL instead of going to another location (once we saw my favorite waitress) we decided to STAY!! Once we entered we were told that we could not be served by her that we HAD TO HAVE any available server… ALERT ALERT ALERT….. I AM A GROWN PERSON AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO SIT, EAT AND BE SERVED ANYWHERE MY MONEY CAN TAKE ME…NO ONE can tell me I can’t WAIT TO BE SERVED BY A SUPER NICE PERSON!!! I will exercise my right to contact corporate and express my concerns!!!!!"

"I don't know what happened, but this was my favorite Waffle House. The young man that was there was pleasant (the cook). My food was good. I don't know if it was a change of shifts, but every table was a mess. I had to take my food to go, when I planned on dining in. I'm just happy that the food was good."

"Good ole home-cooked meal at an affordable price! The food and service were great. The restaurant was very clean and bright. My son and I had just left the DMV and we were really hungry. We both ordered the two eggs and bacon breakfast. The cooks got right on it and the restaurant was packed. The food came fast. We were so hungry I was done eating before I remembered to take pictures for my review. That food was hot and good. They gave good portions. The food tastes home-cooked and not artificial. The waitress was very friendly with a great personality! Our meal was under $20. This is a smoke-free environment. Great for kids and the entire family. There is plenty of parking!
