Chick-fil-A 5542 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083

"It is rare that you get bad food from a chick fi la or slow service. I order the mini breakfast with a water. My hashbrowns were nice and hot and fresh! The minis were NOT, the bread was old and the chicken was cold. Also the lid was not on all the way on my drink so when I picked it up to take a sip, it spilled down my shirt! Thank goodness it was only water! As long as it took to get my food it should of all been hot and fresh! It was 8 in the morning, so that let me know that bread was not cooked this morning, nor that chicken. Very disappointed. I used to love this location! My son used to work here."

"This location is not the standard Chick-fil-A. There are always excessive wait times and the customer service isn’t the best. They don’t use Chick-fil-A standards such as “‘my pleasure.” I even had an instance where the employee refused to give me the amount of sauces I ordered via the app. She told me it was a max and I would have to pay additional, however, the app told me what the max was. I really dislike this location but it’s the closest to my house. I’m just going to have to start sacrificing and going to the one on North Decatur Rd. Much better service!"

"The manager was not only unprofessional but she doesn’t exude the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. My order was not made the way I wanted it to and when I called to speak to the manager she talked over me. When I told her that I would report this she said to go ahead. So here I am reporting this."

"I had late night coming from urgent care with my daughter. I came literally right before they closed. They served me like they just opened. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel like family. I had a rough day and the exceptional service brightened up my day. Thank you for giving great service even at the last minute. They ran out of lemonade but the service blew me away it didn’t even matter. Also my spicy chicken sandwich was the best one I had ever!!! I don’t know, maybe it was the hospitality."
