"The service here is absolutely horrible. I'm a patient person and understand that Friday nights get busy so I pack even more patience. The order that I was picking up was place online and I was provided a time in which the food should be ready for pick up. When I arrived, I had to wait a while before even being acknowledged and was then told it would be a few more minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. Shortly before I actually received my food, I inquired if they knew how much longer it would be and I was met with much attitude and disrespect. I opted not to respond because I couldn't trust that I wouldn't act of out character if I was met with even more unprofessionalism. In addition to the poor service, the place was not the cleanest. Employees were working without proper attire on for cleanliness and safety. There were multiple employees with a long hair and no one was wearing a net or had it up out of the way. I was picking this order up for a delivery service, otherwise I would've just gotten my money back and left. And I had never been here before, so I was eager to see what they offered because I love finding new places to dine. But they NEVER have to worry about me dining there or accepting another pick up order."

"I place my order ahead of arrival and was told it will be fifteen minutes so I went home and to Walmart to kill some time and I got to Wingstop in 25 minutes thinking I'm going to walk in pay and leave why I had to wait another 10 minutes.. this is why I choose ATLANTA BEST WINGS over any other competitors because at least they will have your order ready if you tell them to "BOX IT"and plus they really do have the best wings. They were closed so I chosed this place. Update: something is not right with these wings I got a nasty after taste after eating like five wings I had to throw away and the size of these wings makes one think they have been pump with steroids never ever again will I eat a another wingstop"

"Start this off by saying this used to be my go to spot. Wings used to be on point but they have fell off. Placed an order 30 wing’s crispy when I picked them they were undercooked. They said they could remake and they came out just as white and fatty as before. The manger came out with the box of raw chicken wings and told me they changed distributors and the wings will not get crispy they just dry out. Was told since they remade them a 2nd time I could not get my money back. Not sure what kind of cloned fake chicken meat y’all serving but I won’t be back. Waste of time and money"
