"I recently had an issue with the billing department regarding a credit balance on my account. I had the good fortune of accidentally meeting Rodney Perkins who IMMEDIATELY showed genuine consideration for my concerns. He was able to resolve the issue on the same day I requested assistance! How often does that happen! By the way, Mr. Perkins I found out later, was the customer account director and he was outside helping me leave a parking lot that had no exit. Just goes to show you excellent employees will do whatever is needed in any capacity to help their company succeed. He is truly an asset to CCWA!"
