"This was my first time there. I needed a fill in on nails and polish change on toes. Both gel polish. They sat me down to do polish change on toes first. That went beautifully. Then they sat me in a seat to do nails. I had milky white acrylic powder and a clear coat. She acted like she had never seen this before and called over a gentleman to help. We decided American White acrylic to “match”. The lady didn’t even file off my clear coat barely went over nail with drill file anything and started getting the powder and brush ready. I stopped her and said there’s polish on my nails still. She said I’ll get it later. What? Then the manager came over and said she doesn’t want to file too much and make your nails thin. At least get the old grungy polish off? I’m like if it was pink polish would she have filed it off or just left it? I’m like do y’all not have any more acrylic? There’s places that are dull and places shiny all up and down my nails The lady refused to file the old polish off. Barely even filed around cuticle to do fill in. So now I have old acrylic they don’t want to file and new acrylic. Big hump! She barely filed that down. Then proceeded to polish. Thick coats of gel. So thick it’s running down to tips of my long nails. Thick acrylic, thick polish, old polish underneath all that. New polish on the underside of my nails bc it’s running down and under. She’s calling people over to talk junk. Disregarded everything I asked her to do. They charged $50 for nails. But you never took all old polish off, “ you didn’t want to fully file polish off bc it would be too thin???? Don’t you have acrylic here it’s a nail salon, added more acrylic, now they are tooo thick! Duh! I’m asking her to even out nails and she’s saying who did your nails before? What? They literally looked better before I came here. Then the paint job I could have done myself. Also the people visiting the table snickering. I had to ask the lady to go back and put clear on the dudes of different nails bc they weren’t even polished. She did ok you’re done and gets up out the chair. I asked for cuticle oil. She slaps that on and walks away saying you’re done! Then the manager comes up to me and looked at my nails. She said “what? You don’t like the color???” Lady that’s the only thing I like. I picked it! Let’s start with the customer service! I’ll never be back EVeR!I immediately came home filed my nails down on sides with thick polish build up. Took drill and removed polish from under the nails. I’ll try to just Sadly work with this for 2 weeks and go back to my regular salon."
