"I live down the street and walk through here daily. Well used area for fishing, playground, and outdoor casual parties but in need of updating and repair. Paved areas need pressure washing or redoing. Could use an additional trash can. Potential to be a pretty place if Flowery Branch brings this up to the level of the rest of their downtown improvements."

Great for dogs who love getting messy in the water! & while I probably won't take my kids for the playground, it would be awesome for younger kids (less than 5 probably) I only wish people were more kind -- there was a LOT of trash scattered around.
