"The floors had water everywhere, understaffed and they didn’t make the smoothies correctly. I asked for a peanut power plus CHOCOLATE. This is what I got. Keep in mind I went back because the first time they gave me a banana smoothie . Now I got a white peanut butter smoothie."

"New manager is not customer service trained. I placed my order and when I got to drive up window, I requested a pup cup for my dog riding with me. She said we don’t have pup cups and I informed her that they had always offered one to my dog. She said “I should know because I’m the manager “. I told her never mind. She then said I can charge you for one. I said no thank you, they have never charged before. I said to her, you are new here, and she replied yes, but they trained me. I will not go back after this encounter and will advise my friends to not visit this store. The management of this store has changed about 3 times in 6 months. "I ordered a smoothie bowl and it had about an inch of some watery layer on top. The blueberries were Small and shriveled up and the strawberries were smooshy. The bowl was very disgusting. I wasn't going to say anything bc I was in a hurry to get to work but then I bit down on some sort of metal spring thing that was in my bowl and hurt my tooth."

"Was trying to have a small conversation with an employee while I was at the store. J.D had about 3 cars in the drive through at the time I was in the store. He asked me to stop talking to him. Probably won’t be coming back if that’s how they treat people"

"I’ve been to this location a few times and the same man is always working. The first times I met him he was typical food service employee, short questions related to the order, polite tone, etc. Today the drive thru line was long, but I had a little time to wait. The pickup truck in front of me was halfway blocking the speaker to order from. When I moved up, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and finally said “hello?” The man said “we have been waiting on you to order.” I apologized and said “I didn’t hear the greeting, my mistake.” And he said “well, I said it four times so…” I explained I had just pulled up and didn’t hear anything, so I went ahead and ordered. He remained silent for a few moments, so I said “yes, that is it.” He very rudely told me my total and then it was silent again. I pulled to the window and sat there for another 5 minutes and the window never even opened, so I left. I had been waiting shy of 20 minutes total. I needed to get back to work. It is the holidays and I understand people are stressed out, but unfortunately there is no room to take out personal frustration in the service industry. I hope he learns to do better and it’ll get him farther in life and his career— possibly not in food service."
