"I enjoy Chic Fila A a lot, but the quality of this location has diminished (possibly because it's in the mall). The workers were standing around on phones and talking while we waited for food. My order was missing multiple items - which rarely happens elsewhere. I prefer the "standalone" stores for the consistency of quality service."
