"I hadn't been to this location in probably over a year after giving up on them. I did today and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind and friendly. It looks like they have a new manager too. Greeted when I walked in as team member held door open for me. There was someone engaging with different guests. Service was fast. Very pleased"

"I swear this location never gets anything right. My food is either always cold or burnt. Then when I do DoorDash orders most times I’m missing a piece of my order! Not to mention the portions have gotten smaller. I’ve ordered milkshakes that are halfway filled and sandwiches that are biscuit sized. I’m over this location. You might as well go inside the mall and eat. That location is so much better."
