Reviews
"The women who work there eat first and then serve the customer with poor quality and inexpensive food."
"The tostada doesn’t worth of $14 dollars, barely found the meat in it but found a hair!!!!"
"I liked the tacos with handmade tortillas, very good"
"I HATE to have to revise my once positive review, but I must. No one else deserves to be treated the way I have. I’m so tired of experiencing discrimination at places I’ve done nothing but praise and support (and I’ve ALWAYS tipped - sometimes in excess). I even type my FULL ORDERS into Google Translate to ensure no communication or language barriers/order mishaps. I have frequently asked for SOUR CREAM on my tacos, and unfortunately it was confirmed today as I suspected that they were putting MAYONNAISE on my tacos. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT. Today when I ordered, I intentionally left sour cream off my tacos because I got tired of suspecting that it wasn’t actually sour cream they were putting on my tacos. I asked for lettuce, cilantro, onion, & lettuce. When I received my order, I had tomatoes and MAYO - items I did not request on this order - on my tacos. I informed the ladies of the error, and the lady came back with limes (which I had also asked for, but they have these at the salsa bar so I could self serve). I then said “I did not have sour cream on my order today” and showed my phone screen again with the order in English/Spanish from Google Translate. Mind you I heard the ladies read the order aloud correctly, so why my order requests were completely ignored in favor of what they wanted to do I will never know. I then expressed “I don’t think this is sour cream because every time I eat it, it looks and tastes like MAYO.” Instead of remaking my tacos which *actually did* contain MAYONNAISE, they scraped the mayo off the 4 tacos I ordered and then showed me they knew *exactly* what sour cream was by for the first time EVER putting ACTUAL SOUR CREAM on my tacos. BECAUSE WHY????? Why are you putting mayo on my tacos?? Why not put the sour cream I ask for? What is it all about? And then to CONSCIOUSLY KNOW that you’re doing that and CONTINUOUSLY KEEP ON DOING IT???????? DISGUSTING in taste AND CHARACTER. I have been so discriminated against and disrespected; I will NEVER give this business another dollar and I want EVERYONE to know that racism is unfortunately a thing here. This is yet another establishment I have to drop because I can’t get baseline respect. I deserve better. I confidently and unapologetically state: NEVER AGAIN."
"Best taco I've been able to find in the area. Chicago Mexican food spoiled me."
