"It being my first time there, the host was really informative and attentive to my needs. The atmosphere was really fancy and I enjoyed every little detail all the way down to the candle on the table. The food was really delightful. If it is quite pricey, but it is really good. We decided to have dinner around 630 and towards that time I understand it gets really busy so be prepared to sit there for a bit until you get the bill."

"If I could give this negative stars, I would. I NEVER write bad reviews. But this experience was one of a kind. We have eaten here several times before and the food is good. Tonight we sat at the bar to have a drink while we waited on our table. I have never had a more rude bar tender. First, we were sitting right next to where he was preparing drinks so I know he saw us, but he continued to ignored us and then finally plopped a wine list on the counter and walked away. When he came back I asked if he had a cocktail menu. He said nothing, didn't even look at me. Just gestured to the wall of liquor bottles and walked away. I get it, it's Saturday night and it's busy. So I looked up a cocktail that I wanted and when he finally came back I asked for a French 75. He said no. At first, I thought he meant he didn't know how to make it, so I showed him and then he said, no I don't have time and walked away. At that point I was furious. I asked for a menu and he had none. I am not drinking straight liquor and I can't read his mind to know what he can or will make. We left. Then as we were calling our Uber he must have realized that he was a jerk and tracked us down at the hostess stand to see if we wanted to order a drink. Really? No, we are leaving. If this is how Amalfi treats customers, I will go somewhere else. Amalfi, do better."

"Amalfi has been our go-to place for Italian food for more than 20 years, ever since shortly after opening their doors. That says a lot about how much we love this restaurant. It's not just a place to eat, it's a place to feel at home, with the warm and friendly staff who treat us like family. We enjoy sitting at the bar, where we chat with the regulars and share stories and laughs, as well as the delicious food and drinks. Sometimes we prefer the dining room, where we can have a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. Either way, we always have a great time at Amalfi, where the food is authentic, the service is attentive, and the vibe is relaxed. This is a restaurant that makes you forget about the stress and worries of the outside world, and invites you to join their Italian family for a wonderful meal."

"Amalfi never disappoints! The food is delicious and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Tonight we had spaghetti with meatballs and it was very good. Then for dessert we had bomba and it was very tasty fruity dessert. They also have another variation that is chocolate and vanilla with a raspberry center. You have to check to see which one they have. Both are delicious though!"

"First time at this restaurant. We were told we could grab a drink at the bar while we waited for our table, so we tried the house cab and it was a very good wine! Once seated, we were greeted by a very nice server and he took very good care of us. The Caesar salad was amazing. Two others at our table ordered the salad after the salads were brought out because they were so good! The spaghetti sauce was not my favorite, but overall a great time, great food and great company!"
