"This has been my very favorite pho place for ages but what I've been experiencing lately has left me wanting more. I don't know if it's a staffing change or management issue or cost or what, but I can't seem to get a correct order to save my life. Either I get a partial order and end up waiting for days to get a refund approved or they send a multi-dish order out with a singular Sriracha packet. Why are we rationing out spice like this? What's happening? I'm just trying to get all the items I paid for and enough flavor to thoroughly enjoy my $30 bowl of soup. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed."

"Warning: Be cautious of Pho House's new mandatory gratitude charge. My family, consisting of four members, including my wife, two kids under 8 years old, and myself, dined at Pho House on October 29, 2013. We were billed for our meals, along with an additional 20% mandatory tip. Pho House calculates the tip as 20% of the total bill, including the meal price and tax. Although they informed me that tipping was included, they didn't specify the percentage. Additionally, I couldn't sign the receipt or input my PIN number to confirm the charge. We've been loyal patrons of this restaurant since their opening, and tipping was never an issue until now. I recommend inquiring about the gratitude charge before dining there."

"Came here all the way from Houston , TX and I must say this is probably the best Pho restaurant in the Atlanta area (I've tried a couple Atlanta pho restaurants and they were gross)! I try not to eat Pho if it's not from Houston or Cali area because most restaurants are terrible at making it. Pho House is on the pricier side but their portions are huge!! A normal large bowl at Pho House is like an XL over here in Houston! We ordered the large Pho Dac Biet (special) and large Pho Tai Nam Gau which was about $40 total. If you're wanting some decent good pho, try Pho House"

"Dishonest business. 12/28/22 about 830pm: Walked in and placed an order for take out. I paid with a credit card, signed it, and then waited in my car. Wait time was minimal. I got my food but had to go back in for a receipt and instantly staff seemed off. He handed me a ticket from the kitchen (intensionally upside down). I flipped it over and had to ask for a receipt with the prices. He again acted off and hesitantly printed a receipt. He gave me another one (upside down). I thoroughly reviewed it and noticed he gave himself a tip. He said it was to cover a coffee he accidentally didn't charge me for. It sounded fine so I left. Later I thought about it, reviewed my receipt again and noticed the tip he TOOK from me was 29%!!! RATHER THAN charging me for the coffee, he helped himself to a big tip. It didn't sit with me so I attempted to call the restaurant twice the following day to let the manager know about that transaction. Both times staff wasn't interested in helping me and made excuses why manager was unavailable. Meanwhile the bread for Bahn mi was old, chewy, and I had to eat around it. The coffee and bun thit nuong were fine but staff definitely ruined the experience for me. They won't get my business again with their dishonesty."
