"It took 20 minutes for them to deliver the food curbside. They are out of shamrock shake so I had to wait even longer for them to get a tea for a replacement. Food was correct otherwise."

"Well always spend a lot time on drive-thru fast food? Not on this location. Special and simple request like plain cheese burger. Forget!!"

"The level of incompetence at this location is absolutely mind boggling. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. After sitting for 10 minutes someone came out and asked what we had ordered before scurrying back inside. After sitting for another 15 minutes I just up and left. Didn't ask for a refund or anything,this place is staffed by a pile of mentally incompetent idiots who have no business cleaning a toilet, let alone working with actual food intended for human consumption, but I guess they don't since you CANT EVEN GET YOUR FREAKING FOOD!"

"Oh my goodness, this location needs to either revamp their their entire staff, or re-educate the staff they have. You want me to elaborate on one experience when I have had so many bad ones and I swear if I could give a half star I would. I have had a staff member yell at me through the drive thru speaker because I asked for a shake when the shake machine wasn't working (as usual) and I couldn't hear him when he was mumbling. But when when I got to the window, the gentleman was wearing a T-shirt and not even in uniform. The wait times are ridiculous, I waited for 10 minutes because I requested freshly made fries. I get my bag and my hot fries are scattered throughout the bag around my cold quarter pounders. They stop taking orders 15 minutes prior to closing, and the young staff members are constantly clowning and yelling in the kitchen. I live 4 minutes away, and still I'd rather drive a longer distance to a different location just for better service. this Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs location is a true McProblem."

"Store #17563. I do not think anyone that is assigned to talk to customers know what customer service is. I was asked by 2 different people to pull into a parking spot to wait on my food. I had just pulled up to the pick-up window. I politely said I would prefer to wait where I was since there was nobody behind me in line. One young lady said it was to help them with their drive through ticket time. Then, when a 3rd person came to the window and I asked for a refund. He then said "oh, you are having a bad day, huh?" And then shut the window on me when I was trying to tell him i was having a good day until that moment. I never raised my voice or spoke to anyone disrespectful. Good ticket times are more important than customer experience. And to think I ignored someone that told me not to go to that particular store."
