"The Zobo drink was lovely. Clean environment and basic service (average). The food: Once we started to order, he came back a few times to let us they didn’t have this or that. We had to adjust our request a few times. My beef was COLD and the rest was pretty tuff to chew. No spice balance. I’m sure this place is great for some but we will choose to never return. Still wishing them well!"
"This is a Nigerian restaurant. I had the assorted jollof rice, which had cow foot, tripe and beef in it. I paid $22 for it. I’m not Nigerian but I do like good food with fresh ingredients. I’m from a Jamaican household and I’d say the rice was good. The rice had the right amount of spices…slightly spicy. Glad to find an other local African restaurant. The three stars for the service (meal to go) was due to the server not notifying us that she was going to charge $12 instead of $8 (50 percent increase) for changing an ingredient in our smoothie. Other than this she was kind and gave us recommendations. The atmosphere was pleasant, with west African Music and some African proverbs and art on the walls. A few tables to sit in a medium sized place. Good enough for sitting in and eating, but not a four star restaurant. I’ll definitely come back for more authentic flavors."
"Ordered pepper snail and the noodles with assorted meat. The food was ordered online and we were told it would be ready by 2:48. My sister went to pick up the food and they had her wait over an hour. They ran out of meat pie and puff puff. The food is bland. The pepper snail is NOT spicy at all. The noodles are dry and no spice at all. Very disappointed. How are you a Nigerian restaurant and don’t put pepper in your food. Us actual Nigerians want the real deal not Americanized version. Will never be back don’t waste your money. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD GRATUITY WHEN I AM THE ONE COMING TO PICK UP THE FOOD"
"Love love love this place. From the amazing food, beautiful decor and awesome location. It’s becoming my go too for west African meals; wether ordering in or dining out. So far I’ve had the coconut shrimp rice, fried rice, pepper soup, egusi, okra soup, asun, samosa, turkey wings, and zobo. I can’t even tell which is my favorite dish because everything was so so good, flavorful and tasty. I’m a foodie so taste is big for me and they definitely have it in every meal. I would recommend going to dine in because the decor of the restaurant is something I haven’t seen before. You can tell there was so much though into all the details to bring the west African feel to Georgia. My favorite decors has to be the paintings, seatings and all the books which are written by African authors. Go check Kova out. You’ll love it :D"
"Hello, I ate here today and I must say I enjoyed it. The owner came out to greet and thank me for dining in. I ordered the egusi, snapper, okra soup, goat pepper, and gizzard.Customer service was also great. I can't wait to return and become a frequent. Thank you for a nice EXPERIENCE!"
