"Hit the drive thru and I don’t know what the hell was going on, but waited legit 15 minutes all of us in our cars idling in the drive thru with no way to leave bc the curb was there or id a been gone! Food was as you would expect but definitely NOT worth my wasted time."

"Short African American woman with glasses refused to serve us full order because as she said “we are not gonna give you all the tacos”. She said there was 10 left and we wanted to order all 10 but she said no we are not going to give you all 10. She then proceeded to take the rest of the order with drama and she was complaining about doing what she was supposed to be doing in the first place. Other people around us also did not get their full order."

"I had a really nice and positive experience at this Taco Bell location today. A few days before I had stopped in for some Volcano tacos here and after ordering were told they were unfortunately out. No problem. I had some other regular tacos and was on my way. For lunch today I was again hungry for some Volcano tacos and stopped back by. Before ordering I asked the manager if they were in stock and he confirmed they were. He recognized me from earlier in the week and then said he would comp my meal today! To be acknowledged and have a restaurant offer to make right on something unprompted in a true rarity in these times. It really made my day and is not something I will soon forget. Sometimes a free taco is worth infinitely more than the few bucks it sales for. Thanks again please keep up the great work!"
