"Went on the drive thru and no respond on the speaker so I drove to the window. Guy was staring at the floor and would not move. So I went to the wendys across the street. . Arby's you lost big time."

"They messed up my order after I clearly specified no bacon on my online order bc I can't eat pork. Completely waste of money and I was sick the entire day after eating the pork. The manager was SUPER rude and short and told me it was my fault that I got sick because I should have checked behind them and make sure there was no bacon. I will NEVER come here again."

"At drive thru Tyler belittled and yelled a co-worker for making a simple, easily fixable mistake. It was inappropriate and unnecessary. The co-worker was clearly dejected and I felt bad for him. Very unprofessional and plain mean."

"The people were really nice, but they changed the drinks to dang near kids cups, & the buffalo chicken sliders were changed as well.. they were really small & they taste different. i will not be back to Arby’s."

"Awesome Service! I was waiting in line across the street at the Wendy's restaurant as they were apparently having some sort of meltdown and the line was super long and not moving. I had a bad experience there previously so I decided to try Arby's across the street. Service was fast and the food was excellent and the best part was the server at the drive-through window was waving and talking to my grumpy daughter in her car seat and made her laugh and smile. Next time I am on exit 12 I will start on this side of the road."
