"Oh this Checkers has become one of my favorites. Besides the food the workers here are very down to earth and the best you can ask for when ordering fast food. I have to mention Montana, the way she works both windows and the floor I have not seen anyone like her. She is one of a kind and Checkers is lucky to have her!!!"
"Ok it’s been years since I’ve been to a checkers, but this experience was by far the worse. First AI, really why is this even a thing. It was weird and awkward, I personally like talking to people. Ordered my food, the wait was quite long, so if the argument for using AI to be more proficient…failed. Get our food and my shake looked like someone had a play date at the crayon factory. I ordered banana and all you could see is the colored dye. Instantly turned me off and there was no way I was drinking that. Let get into the food, I don’t eat meat so I ordered the fish sandwich, what fish. It was horrible, it was hard and overcooked. I will never be back to another checkers."
"The use of AI with retail is ridiculous. I had to say my order 3 times before the machine was actually able to process what I was saying. Don’t make it so loud outside so it can actually hear you or get an actual person to do drive through. Food does NOT look like the picture and as soon you go to the window, everything is from frozen to the fryer with nothing being fresh. Only gave it two stars because of the root beer and the fries being good."
