"Horrible service, pulled into the drive-thru line and was the only car in it. Waited 5 minutes for the lady to come to the speaker, and ordered 5 meals for lunch for my family. After I finished ordering she came back and said one moment. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting, when she comes back and says she needs me to reorder everything again. So I reorder again for her to tell me again to hold on and leave for 15 minutes! I end up driving off and going elsewhere to eat."
"3 out of 5 times visiting this store I am ignored altogether as I stand alone at the counter waiting for my order to be taken, or they acknowledge me as I walk in then continue to make me wait 5+ minutes for my order to be taken. This store is never busy enough to excuse this wait. The food is ok if you have time to wait that long, but it's overpriced and becomes less tempting each time I give up and walk out for being ignored at the counter. I don't think I'll even try anymore."

"Monique took our order in a timely and nice manner. She was patient for our first time and answered all of our questions. Our food came out clean and fresh (not all thrown together). I have been wanting a Steak N Shake in turn for a while and this is SO much better. The fries were seasoned, and the cheese curds were the best I have ever had. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend"
