"My sandwich was hot and fresh but the fries and the manager was having issues because her workers hadn’t showed up. She was cussing and fussing I understand when people don’t show up for work it disrupts the flow of things but you have vent in private not in public but Ashley was great brought my food right to me when it was ready"
"This location has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Waited inside for 15 mins while no one was inside ordering food, no one at the drive thru, and about 8 employees all just ignoring us at the register, they kept arguing about who would take our order and they never once talked to us we had to ask if they were taking orders inside and were met with attitude and a yeah but it's gonna be a second and we were the only people they even had to serve and they absolutely refused. Arbys is usually good about customer service but this location needs a new staff if they expect there to be customers."
