"Me and my mother had a horrible customer experience dealing with Dominic (manger) and waitresses Harriet. We both ordered the 20$ shrimp special and was not informed what it comes with. The waitress asked us what kinds of three shrimps we wanted and we placed the order. After that Harriet (waitress) kept asking us 3-4 times if we want another round of shrimps (again not being informed that it does not come with the meal special that we ordered). When we were finished and got our check. They charged us for the endless shrimp even though we DID NOT ASK FOR IT. The waitress served to us without us even knowing. The manger (Dominic) then stepped in and blames us for the Harriet’s mistake. Still charging us for Harriet’s mistake and telling us we cant take the food out even though it is already in Togo boxed and bagged up. You would think the manager (Dominic) would know as the manager that when a worker from your business makes a mistake the customer get accommodated for that mistake and an apology. Clearly it didn’t go through his non-qualified head because I wouldn’t have to deal with his attitude nor his waitress attitude to just get accommodated if he understood that. What’s even more crazy is that apparently the customer is supposed to know more about the restaurant menu/specials than the actual workers that get paid to be there since we got blamed for their mistake and them still paid for their mistake. Seems to me that they don’t want reoccurring customers but instead want the place to be deserted. I will let anybody that I know or meet know not to go to this location and go somewhere that actually knows how to keep customers coming instead of making sure they never come back. The rating/reviews speaks for itself and apparently the customer service too."

"served me moldy broccoli and tried to convince me that it comes like that ( manager and server ms hen ) . black specks under the stem and black up multiple other florets! it's the blatant playing in customers face about something that should have never left the kitchen in the first place. condiments nasty too . they took broccoli before i got a good pic . highly disappointed!"

"All you can eat shrimp.. but they give u no more than 3-4 shrimp at a time... Ridiculous even just for a regular meal. I will for surepost on every platform including tiktok. And it's my mom's birthday. Horrible"

"I’ve been to this location so many times and every restaurant can be a hit or miss at any given moment but there food is always been good to me, today I went around 2:30pm so it wasn’t busy at all I knew exactly what I wanted, I ordered and the food came out in like 15 minutes, I got the endless shrimp so I choose from 8- 10 different options of shrimp, the server ask did I want a refill every 10 minutes and they came out fast . So GOOD JOB red lobster !!!"
