McDonald's

"Normally i order for pickup and go through the drive through and today was no different. I placed a pickup at 10:42 am for breakfast and left my home shortly after. I pulled up to the store at 11:05 due to having to wait behind red lights and other people in line and when i gave them the code they said they stopped serving breakfast, even though i placed an online order which normally means it should be ready for you by the time you get there, or at least i though. Kinda soured the start to my day as it was only a couple minutes after the time they stop serving breakfast."

"Hello, I am not sure, but I am assuming, this because everywhere I’ve gone no matter what side of town I’m on, I seem to get treated this way at every location. If the staff ask if you will be using your mobile app, and you respond no, their attitude changes, I can hear it in their voices, it’s called the gift of discernment. Well the crew members, change and they are not courteous, the food is not presentable and they throw the food out of the window at you, whenever you tell them you are and or do not have the mobile app. It’s really ridiculous.. There is something that needs to be done about this behavior , or else McDonald’s, everywhere are going to lose a mass amount of customers this way. Thank you kindly, for allowing my feedback. "I just went there this morning and ordered two chicken biscuits and ended up getting two McGriddle’s. When I went to call them the phone number is disconnected. If you come here just make sure you sit at the window and check your food before you leave. My daughter wouldn’t eat hers, and I frankly don’t wanna eat it either. Hopefully when I go tomorrow since they don’t answer their phone they’ll replace it. This is just sad."

"This is the first McDonald's where I have consistently gotten fresh food. I've been here at various hours of the day, and none of the food I've gotten tasted old. The food comes out fast whether you're in the drive thru or dining in. Staff is super friendly and the inside is always clean, including the bathrooms. It's almost unbelievable, really."
