Reviews
"When I need good energy food, especially for lunch, Greek is one of my favorite options. Karv is great, quick and very reasonably priced for what you get. I like the Karv salad with pita, the chicken souvla bowl or their gyro. I also enjoy their specials but you may need to check with the boss to find out what's coming out that day (their lentil soup on a cold day was excellent and the stuffed tomato was incredible). The owner Sandy is awesome and has a true passion for the food he serves and for Greek food in general. A really good find inside the Chattahoochee Food Works."
"We came in on the afternoon of New Year’s Day, craving a quick bite to eat. My boyfriend and I both love Greek, so after walking around the market, we decided on Karv because it smelled AMAZING!! Sandy, the owner, was behind the counter and recommended that I try the pork souvlaki and my bf got the braised lamb. It’s delicious. I’m leaving my review right now with my mouth full of fries and tzatziki. We’ll be back!"
"Yesterday, I walked over to the counter and explored the menu. Unbeknownst to me, the owner / manager (white guy) was at the counter and didn’t say a word. The lady behind the counter didn’t bother to say hello, ask if I needed help, questions about the menu- nothing. A white couple walks up and they both immediately jumped up to greet them and ready to take their order. Least to say, if they treat all people of color the way they did me, they will NOT last long at all! I frequent The Works and I’ll NEVER go back and wouldn’t dare order food there!"
"Update… I got food poisoning from this meal. Lowering all stars on account of sickness. — I suspect this is a stall that will not last long. The young guy working was polite and helpful, but my food was barely average. I got a bowl with rice. The chicken had no flavor and was dry. The rice also seemed that it had sat too long and had no flavor with some unfortunate crunch. I also tried the eggplant and zucchini chips… the best way I can describe is that they tasted “dirty”. The breading was soggy and the flavor was just off, so I barely ate them. Overall, I’d recommend checking out another stall at CFW or go to Grecian Gyro if you want Greek."
"I just had my first dining experience at Karv Kitchen, and so will absolutely be back. I ordered the Chicken Souvla Wrap and added tzatziki to it, with a side of fries. They were warm, fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly too. I come to Chattahoochee Works often, and this will be my go-to spot for a quick, casual and delicious meal."
