"Worst Chick-fil-A. The service is really slow even if you order ahead. I sat in the drive thru 10 min even though I ordered ahead and still had to wait at the window for my order."

"Visited this store for lunch on Saturday Jan 20 around 12:56 made my order . When I placed the order I told the cashier that it would be separate but when I got to the window I asked if she could put them together. Paid 30.96 for order and waited . She passed me the sodas and then started to have a conversation with 2 other young ladies that were standing around her . I had a special item so I thought that’s why I had to wait. No problem. Finally get the order and I didn’t receive all of the order so I pulled out of the drive thru and went to the walk up counter. The young lady I spoke with about my order was so rude. She acted as I wanted them to give me something for free . She kept saying do you have your receipt and I said yes. She actually call the young lady from the drive thru and she stood and asked her about my order. She claimed that she gave me a bag while I was waiting but she only gave me my drinks. She was actual trying to go back and forth with me about my order even though I had a receipt. I was pissed because she tried to tell me that she gave me a bag in which she didn’t. After all the back and forth she gave me the other order, and I left. Just to get 3 miles up the street to see that the special order was fixed WRONG even though I PAID for everything I had…….. I know that my family loves Chick fil A but but all the RUDE WORKERS got to GO…"

"80 Health Score, I still gave it a try. Nice ladies that work there. Chicken under cooked, hash browns soggy, milkshake too much strawberry sauce, hi c not good. The floors inside were not clean or the counters (I’m being nice when I say not clean)"

"I hope everything‘s OK in the kitchen because I’d like to know why we don’t keep the buns warm and the chicken hot? We do a fantastic job giving out piping hot fries. we should reciprocate that with the buns and the chicken. II eat lunch in the parking lot. If you want to be good at this you gotta have your head in the game."
