"Unfortunately things have changed recently and I won’t be going back. Portions are embarrassing small and way over priced for what you get. Not cool. Trying to scam your customers who once got a good thing and now not getting much in return."

"I like their tofu tenders a lot, have made it a plate, had them as yummy tacos or just like that. The sweet (potato) fries are amazing, too. But the star of the show is their cilantro walnut sauce that I love drenching the side salad with. I have always had quick service and quality food."

"I did carry out and was very disappointed with the service. The tacos were soggy and watery, was falling apart. I always loved coming back, as I’m a big fan of their ponko chicken tacos but this time it was not worth it."

Here is the summary of my visit to the Ponko chicken Alpharetta location Ambiance 5/5: The ambiance is very peppy and has a young vibe. The art design looks very modern. It could be a good hangout place for youngsters Service 5/5: We were greeted cheerfully and the reception was really helpful with our order. They also informed us about the BOGO offer and waited while we skimmed through the menu to make a decision, Also, when my friend received the wrong order, they were so nice to let her keep it and brought her the right dish which was really nice of them Food Quality 4.5/5: I really like the chicken fingers with the side that I ordered but I did not like the side which was a salad with island veggies. The jerk chicken side was really good and reminded me of Indian flavors. The portion sizes were really big as well Value for Money 5/5: This is because we had a BOGO offer and also the portion sizes were really good. All in all, great service and experience. I would definitely visit this place again and totally recommended it for a great experience when you are craving some fried chicken that is not too heavy on your pocket Indian taste ALERT: If you want to have some chicken with Indian flavors, try the grilled chicken with jerk sauce as a side( I do not remember the exact name but do check with them once)"

"Was in the area and was craving some chicken. Sadly this let me down, the chicken wings looked like they came from the smallest chickens ever. They actually gave us more because of how small they were. I asked for a chicken sandwich and it ended up being a grilled curry sandwich. I was not a fan of but I’m not one to say it’s the wrong order and waste food, so I ate it. The fries were the highlight of the meal. They were crunchy and soft on the inside but I wouldn’t recommend anything we ate. Also, a huge no go for me was they don’t have condiment like ketchup, salt, or pepper on the tables. Instead they give you ketchup packets. Not sure, if I will be coming back again."
