McDonald's 3893 North Druid Hills Road, Decatur, GA 30033

"McDonald has been always the best and fastest option for us to eat out. These is our usual place but as these rude people join in the franchise has become more difficult for us to visit. I am in very disbelief to experience these type of service. I don’t understand how can a people manage these with such low expectations. They were not in uniform and they were not wearing caps to protect from hair and she was touching food without gloves and touch the floor and didn’t wash her hand and touch the food right away. I went there with the code for buy one get one free any sandwich. We four cousin had ordered fires last week and saw that we can get sandwiches for free.. than we start doing the reviews and gave them good reviews but they told me I have to bring in the receipt but I didn’t had them so I order something so I can get the receipt and did the reviews and got the code and I ask one of the customers whom I knew 3 year ago to get me another pair of Sandwiches which I will pay for but it’s seem like they didn’t like that I was using my Brain and ordering BOG sandwiches. There is nothing that say limited for only one person in family. Yet I ask them that the uncle is ordering which is different person but she said with this attitude she is not serving me. I simple ask for her name but start speaking in Spanish . At first place they need to have name tag on each of the employees while they are clock in. The manager needs to be changed."

"Great place to have dinner with family friends or your significant other. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday a couple of weeks ago. I order this shrimp and grits, which were out of this world. Any ord for the steak medium well with magic potatoes and asparagus, which was also delicious according to him. Before then we waited at the bar and had a couple of drinks. Can't recall the name but they were excellent as well. Very nice atmosphere. I must say the lights were a little too dim. But other than that it was an excellent experience."

"Very friendly service !!! Thank you that goes a long way. Kudos to the young girl with the braids at the Window on Friday night and the male cashier. I asked for fresh fries and fish. You had me wait as if you were making it fresh, but you gave me cold food. The fries were also undercooked and some of them soggy. That's how you take a potential 5 star down to a 3"

"Stood there for at least 10 mins did not get acknowledge A customer final told me they had to use the kiosk. Used the kiosk kiosk unable to take payment kiosk says pay at register went to register again no one acknowledge mr standing there so i left."
