"Great taco bell. Food comes out tasting good and surpringsly fast. Came late at night with multiple cars in the drive thru and didn't even wait 10 minutes. Not a typical experience for me. Would recommend this location."
"Taco Bell in Alpharetta Ga. North point parkway.. This was the worst service and food I’ve ever had. Long wait at the order center.. If that was not bad enough..The food was super expensive for Taco Bell. Over $15 for 1 soft taco and two chalupas. (Worse part) The food was cold, old tasting and the bread was horrible and hard. I can’t understand how people have such bad service and food. I will Never go to Taco Bell ever again. I was truly shocked by the food and the cost. Over $15 for 3 small items.."
"Worst taco bell I've ever experienced. There's always a wait in the drive through even if its just one car they're serving and the haitian guy at the drive through has no customer service. Walked in there today and there was no one inside the lobby, but him and a horrible stench. He watched me walk in and then he walks behind the counter, doesn't acknowledge me and dissappears leaving me standing in front of the counter; while another haitian lady is the back yammering away on the phone as I'm still standing there waiting for someone to assist me. I eventually got tired of waiting and walked out. Horrible experience, yall need to do better!"
"Fast service, good service, everyone is helpful. I order basic taco and burritos all the time - not the fancy meals, just the food ol basic crunchy taco, I’m not a fast good person any more but I get regular cravings for the crunchy taco… always hits the spot. The other day I ordered something g by mistake in my lunch break, ran back in and the manager took care of it right away, no problem. Really appreciated the service. Btw this place is always clean, lots of tables to sit and take a break. Drive thru is quick and friendly."
"Worst service I've ever had. We were told to order and then were ignored once we started ordering. My bag was thrown at me, and the girl working the drive thru didn't say one word the entire time. Food was made wrong. Not ever going back. They need to train their staff on customer service. I felt like a huge inconvenience. I've been having a rough week already, and this location made it way worse."
