Panera Bread

"I tried to order soup in a bread bowl but the app kept saying you were out so I called and spoke a delightful lady on the phone that took my order for Mac and cheese which my daughter loves the bread with - also out of, and then my other daughter and I wasn soup in a bread bowl which they were out, so she said I’m going do something. I’ll take the bread we use for sandwich melts and cut it up for your orders! When I went to pick it up she heard me say my name and came out from the back to personally hand to me! It was the manager Anissa! (Not sure if I spelled correctly) she’s got a gift of excellent customer service elevating what would have been a disappointment to an excellent and yummy experience. "I've had it with this place, and I love Panera overall. This location is usually HOT inside, like they can't get the air flowing. EVERY TIME I've been there in the past year, my order has been wrong or they are out of something vital...like salad, or BREAD! EVERY. TIME. Sometimes if you try to order on the app and it says something is out of stock (like salad tonight), you can go into the restaurant and order in person with no issue and nothing out of stock. I just went in to order in person for this reason, and the dining room is closed! It was an hour + before the store actually closes, and I was going to get it to go. They said I had to order on the app to take it to go. I walked out. I might not walk in every again. I am so sick of this happening!!"

"Food was fine but do not go after 6:30pm because they will let you pay for something at the register then tell you they are out of it when you should be picking up your order. That happened to literally SIX people since I have been here. That is crazy and rude. The dude making the sandwiches was complaining the whole time I was standing there. Do not complain about your job in front of customers. Plus, you knew what the job was when you started. There are plenty of people who need that $6 a hour and wont complain as much. If I were the manager, you woukd be fired immediately. Then as I was eating with my small child, we could hear gossiping all LOUD with their drama. I would come back to give them another chance, because, I liked the food, but NEVER again after 6:30pm on a Sunday."

"This was my last time trying to give Panera a chance. I already had to come all the way out to Roswell since the one in Woodstock was incapable of doing anything correctly. The first experience here was great, but the last few times I've tried to go, there have been significant delays in my food being prepared AND they've allowed someone to set up a table outside the restaurant to bother people going in. I straight up won't go into an establishment that allows people to set up outside unless there's another door to go through. But when I'm trying to treat myself a bit with a pricier sandwich than normal and then I have to be guilted on the way in to support some sort of cause, that gets really old. I drove 25 minutes out here today and saw that the same table that was out there last time was out there again, and I just drove off and left the food. Done with this place completely now."

"Welcoming staff. Clean branch and the only one that I've seen with a conference room so far. Sip club is definitely worth it. Paying sub 5 bucks for a month of coffee and daily deals on the meals? I would say Yes all day."
