"Went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm. It took 20 minutes to get through with only 2 cars ahead of me. I was given half filled nacho fries that included a big, ice cold chunk of steak, and a "beefy melt burrito" that was visibly underfilled, cold, and 3/4 of which was nothing but rice and sour cream. To add insult to injury, they neither gave nor offered a receipt, which I stupidly didn't realize until I found myself in need of a refund. This isn't even close to my first issue at this location, just the one that finally inspired me to write a review. Edit 9/29/23: Just attempted to give this location another chance. I spent nearly 20 minutes waiting in a very long drive thru line and in that span of time, not one car moved. I left without getting anywhere near the speaker. Conclusion: It's worth taking the time to drive to the far superior Northpoint location bc this location clearly cannot function."

"This Taco Bell is the absolute worst of the worst! Left off most of my order and the slop that I received was barely put together with half of the ingredients each item would typically have. The lettuce on our soft tacos was literally rotten!! I will not give this over priced and poorly run establishment my business. Time to hire some competent staff!"
