"The food was good as usual but the staff was rude and the service was very sub par. After walking In and being informed that dining area was closing we ordered our food to go. A few minutes later another employee rudely informed us we would have to get our food to go because the dining room was closing. We acknowledged this again and said we understood. He proceeded to slam around the kitchen and slap our food on the counter in a bag. My Frisco melt was only half wrapped and shoved into the bag."

"Everyone at the drive-through is usually very pleasant. The food tastes fresh. I got a steak burger and french fries. I like the fact that they’re not rushing and take their time with the food so you know that it is done right."

"This location is definitely changed from what I remember, but it's not bad. Now they have kiosks at the front where you order and pay, then you pick up your order when they call the name or order number. It doesn't really fit with the vibe of the place, but it's efficient. The food is still good, and milkshakes are awesome!"

"It is to no fault of the staff at the restaurant, that this chain has lost its appeal to us. Ordering at a kiosk, finding your own table and then having to go up and collect your food when your name is yelled out. It is a very impersonal experience and you have next to zero human contact. May as well just go to a drive-thru only restaurant if you do not want to interact with your customers anymore. Other than that, food was hot, order was correct and we saw ourselves out. This chain is no longer our go-to for a bite out. So disappointed in what it has become."

"Steak and shake me impressed us. Loved the order via screen. We got some burgers and milkshakes that were cooked to perfection by a friendly staff. You must try the milkshakes trust me on this one they are outta this awoo'orld. The place was super clean too and had a great dining room."
