This only happens when you pay careful attention to every detail, and that is obvious from his meats. If you are within 10 miles of JJ, it's worth the drive to stop by and sample his labor of love. Next time, I'm trying the brisket tacos."

"got the chicken plate with two sides. Chicken is good although I wish the bread wasn't sitting under the wet chicken. The macaroni and cheese was OK. Little bit too loose for my standard and I don't mean in a cheesy way. I also felt the same way about the beans taste more tomatoey, than brown sugarey.. all in all it was OK but unfortunately didn't finish my plate didn't enjoy it?"

"If you're in the Fairview area and in the mood for some BBQ, (honesty even if you're not when you drive pass you will be) Gritz and BBQ is a nice quick stop of delicious southern smoked BBQ. I ordered the leg quarters plate with potato salad/coleslaw my companion ordered the Rib Tip plate with bake beans/potatoe salad, neither of us had a complaint, food was delicious and fresh! Our order came out fast! I would like to mention that beans are not vegetarian friendly if that matters. But nevertheless this place is a major must try! Owners are welcoming with great customer service."
