"I came in one day looking for a good haircut service. I found Alexis and she took care of me in an instant. I cut my hair just the way I wanted it, I really liked his work. From now on I will return to her for her service and good treatment."

"I went to this room before Christmas. I wanted a natural brown as my hair was jet black. I told the hair stylist Alexis I had semi permanent. Later when she was doing my hair, it didn't turn brown. She started putting toner in my hair. She took 7 hours by the end my hair was pink. Also, she said she forgot I had semi permanent in my hair. She kept talking to her friend about going to a party that night. So, she told me to come tomorrow and then she would finish. It was around 8 pm then. Alexis said she normally charges $300. And, for the toner $150. That seemed too much considering she left my hair looking horrible. I paid $100 and said I would pay the rest the next day. So, the next day I went to another lady who confirmed that horrible job that girl did. She said the girl was supposed to go by the browns and went by the oranges. Also, she said color doesn't take out color. The lady ended up fixing my hair. But Alexis called me 4 times and sending me messages. Saying that I owed her $50 and if I didn't pay it by tonight, she would make police report. I sent her $50 and she said I owed her more and would make a police report to morrow. I blocked her.
