"The girl with the weird color hair did not do what i want it. All i want it was layers. She chopped my hair really bad. Not professional at all. My hair was pretty long and she chopped it short up to my shoulders. I do not recommend this salon. Go to Lupitas Salon with Gabby! Shes so much better"

She was clear and honest about how it would be challenging to lighten my hair due to all the things I’d done to my hair previously. (Lightening followed by toners, then black box dye).
