The staff was also cranky especially the old lady i guess she was having a bad day but she also cut off his blonde hair which was never said for her to do & she knows she shouldnt have done it because she kept yelling at me for asking for a trim instead of a specific length. give that woman her 30 minutes of break oh my jesusss. didnt see a single good haircut while sitting inside they were all botched."
