"I said I wanted a fish sandwich with no lettuce like 3 times. I wanted to repeat it at the window, but they never open the window again until it's time to collect payment. They have doctored it up, so it looked like they took the lettuce office. I said it 3 times. They don't listen. Didn't give me my receipt. This happened around 1055am on Sunday 02/11/2024"

"There was a male worker at the window that gave the worst customer service ever. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you, just gave me my food in silence. He looked at me in a rather annoyed manner because I asked for cocktail sauce. Please remove him from the drive thru working with the general public. He looked so uninviting that I didn’t feel too comfortable eating my food. Either way I ordered butterfly shrimp and it was the size of popcorn shrimp. I ordered fried okra as a side and was given the smallest and over fried pieces. The quality is not up to par with what they charge and the service provided. Add this one to the list of low quality and poor service restaurants on Evans Mill. I will not be returning."

"Pretty bad. They didn't have much on the menu, and then just threw 2 battered fish in a bun instead of the correct fish that I ordered. I had to wait 10 minutes after paying at the drive thru for this mess of a "sandwich"."

"Fish, fries, and broccoli were all tasteless and bland. Fish was uneatable; too burnt. See photo. Worst of all, 2 of the 3 people in my house who ate the food threw it all up hours later. I shouldn’t have ignored that 75 health rating I saw while waiting on my order."

"Check your order! I ordered a 3 PC Catfish Meal baked potato and corn. I may have gotten a piece and a half and the potatoe wasn't done. Never again will I visit this location. I will just make the drive to next closest or go somewhere else. Also waited in drive thru for 20 min as the lobby was closed to pick up. These apps need not charge you until you pick up, I was pretty much trapped as I had already paid."
